Second Floor Addition
Commerce Township, MI
The hmeowners dream was to have a large house on a lake. What he owned was a small house built in the 1950's used by previous owners as a summer cottage. Architectural plans were drawn and MZK added a second floor with four bedrooms and two bathrooms according to the addition plans. A cantilevered cedar deck was built in and is accessible from the upstairs walkway and master bedroom. The main floor was redesigned to have kitchen, dining and living areas open throughout the entire space of the first floor.
